We can with Mental Conditioning (Ment-Con) Training.  In this course, we begin by examining the nature of conflict via the concept of the OODA Loop and how the ability to be agile and adaptive in our thinking is critical.  This examination also shows us critical areas to train in for conflict. 

Next, you will learn simple, practical exercises that can increase your focus, situational awareness, and mental capacity for successful conflict resolution. This is accomplished by training the mind with scientifically proven meditation techniques.  We also take a look at box breathing / tactical breathing, and how you can use it as an in-the-moment technique to mitigate the flight or fight response.  This course also provides you with tools to begin a daily Ment-Con training regimen.
